what i use
software
i've been using ibispaint x since i started doing digital art. i dipped my toes in krita a bit, but ibx remains superior in my heart.
brushes
any brush works. for sketches i use a jittered hard dip pen bc i don't like watching ads. lineart i use a non-jittered hard dip pen with angled ends. my coloring pen is either a dip pen with straight ends or the lasso fill tool.

2026. a lot of things have come out of this ghost obsession, including art. was figuring out how i wanted my ghoul designs to look, and also practicing foreshortening.
2025 artfight attack on eclptictears' subconite sora. this was my second and last attack for the year, which wasn't a downgrade from last year! same level of productivity guys!
'in vitro' - my oc dragonfly in its chrysalis. alternatively, an experiment in light sources.
'balancing act' - 2024 artfight attack on parinjellyfish's mari. this was my second and last attack for last year too. didn't really know what to do with the balls towards the end.
